KobaSpeech 2 is a speech synthesizer with the possibility to include all voices from Nuance Vocalizer. The High Quality voices 22kHz have a standard SAPI-5 interface for Microsoft Windows.
These programs are supplied with standard voices of low quality. This one contains Russian voices.
